Meet the grower.

Built in the garden, not the boardroom.

Nathan is a husband, father of two, and grower in Warren County, Missouri.

He holds a B.S. in Agricultural Systems Technology from the University of Missouri’s College of Agriculture, Food & Natural Resources.

He manages a chicken food forest of 30+ cultivars — the same trees, herbs and flock in the photographs on this page.

The plant library began as his own plant database — built for the farm, then opened to everyone who loves this stuff.

I built the plant library so I could spend less time trying to remember everything — and more time actually enjoying the garden.
