About this collection
Phalaenopsis, cattleya, cymbidium, vanda coerulea, paphiopedilum, and Angraecum sesquipedale - the comet orchid with the famously long nectar spur - lead a set of sixteen. Genus and species are written in script italic below each bloom.
Black suits orchids unusually well - the blooms sit forward as if in a dark conservatory - while warm white gives the classic botanical-print look. Consider a powder room, a dressing room, or a formal sitting room.
Pair the two slipper orchids, paphiopedilum and phragmipedium, and let the pouches do the talking.
- Matte poster, printed on demand
- Six sizes, 8x10 up to 24x36 inches
- Printed reproduction of an illustrated design - sold unframed
- Reaches past the grocery-store phalaenopsis into collector genera like masdevallia and coelogyne.
